Our DPF Remap Solution

Our DPF solution is a comprehensive, two-part process that permanently removes the problem.

Part 1: The Physical Modification A software remap alone cannot fix a physically clogged filter. The first step is to remove the blockage. This is done by professionally removing the internal filter “core” from the DPF’s housing. This allows the exhaust gases to flow freely, eliminating the physical blockage and all back-pressure. We do not currently offer a physical modification service in house only the ECU Remap.

(Note: The DPF housing itself remains in place, so it passes a visual MOT inspection.)

Part 2: The ECU Remap (Software Deactivation) With the physical filter removed, we must now reprogram the vehicle’s “brain” (ECU). If we don’t, the ECU will still try to regenerate a filter that isn’t there, leading to new fault codes and fuel-wasting.

  2. Read Original Software: We take a secure backup of your vehicle’s original ECU map.
